ZAVVI Gift Vouchers - 05/01/2009:
We have received a notification from the administrators that
Zavvi stopped accepting their own gift cards and gift
vouchers on Dec 24th 2008. Unfortunately, none of the gift
vouchers that we issued to customers will be eligible for an
automatic refund by the administrators as we purchased our
final stock from Zavvi in bulk on Nov 24th - 3 days before
the administrators cut off date for refund.
Hence, given the extraordinary circumstances in the past
month, Ovation has decided have put in place our own
arrangements to facilitate our clients, their staff,
customers and clients, in returning unused Zavvi vouchers
and we will seek to recover funds directly from the
administrators for all returns.
Customers who placed orders with Ovation Incentives for
Zavvi gift cards on or after November 27th 2008 can return
their unused Zavvi gift vouchers to us at the following
address and they will receive a full face value swap for HMV
gift vouchers. No other arrangements can be made. The
returned Zavvi gift voucher must reach us by Friday 6th of
February to be eligible for a return.

You must include your name and address. All returns will be
verified to comply with the November 27th cut of date.
Regrettably it will not be possible to refund Gift Cards /
Gift Vouchers acquired prior to 27 November 2008.
All customers with unredeemed Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers
acquired prior to 27 November 2008 should write to the Joint
Administrators at the below address, asking for their claim
to be registered as an unsecured claim in the
Administrations.
