E-Synergy Solutions Reward codes are valid until the date shows - typically 12 months from date of issue, and can only be redeemed at www.ovationincentives.co.uk/esynergysolutions.

There is no return, substitution, refund or redemption of expired reward codes;

All rewards are earned in E-Synergy Solutions Currency (GBP, EURO, US Dollars, etc.) and hold no value outside of the rewards programme;

The reward options are as stated on the  E-Synergy Solutions Reward portal (http://www.ovationincentives.co.uk/esynergysolutions/) and are not redeemable for cash.

E-Synergy Solutions reserves the right to provide alternative redemptions options of equivalent value if required;

In the event of any dispute the  E-Synergy Solutions Rewards programme manager's decision is final;

E-Synergy Solutions cannot be held responsible to the loss or non-delivery of e-gift vouchers to a participant's email; nor can it be held responsible for the non-delivery of physical gift vouchers once posted through Royal Mail;

All personal information supplied by rewards for the delivery of the reward is used solely for this purpose and will not be used in any other way. All data processed in connection with this programme will the held in accordance to the provisions for the Data Protection Act 1998.
