Q: How do I redeem the code which I was awarded with in order to receive my gift vouchers?
A: Simply copy and paste your code from the email you have received. The best way to copy your code into the redemption box is by using ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste. The code is always 10 digits long.
Q: Can I add my reward codes together?
A: Yes, to add two or more codes together, you need to enter your code in order to go to the shopping page, then all you need to do is paste(enter) your second code into the ‘Add voucher' field and click on Add Voucher button. This will combine the values of the codes which in turn will provide you with more spending power.
Q: I seem to be having problems redeeming my code at the given link
A: If you are experiencing difficulties redeeming your code at the given link, please complete the contact form below and explain the problem.
Q: It has been over a week and I still have not got my vouchers?
A: We tend to fulfill the physical voucher orders within 10 working days. E-vouchers will be emailed to you on the email address you have provided us within 2 working days granted you have supplied us with your correct email address. Please make sure that you check your spam filter and place Ovation on your safe list.

Q: I was trying to redeem my reward code, and after few attempts I got logged off and it will not let me try again?
A: First please make sure that the code you are entering is correct. It does not matter if you use capital letters or not. The best way to copy your code into the redemption box is by using ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste. After 3 attempts the system will not let you try any more, if you have entered your code incorrectly unless you close all your browsers and open the window again. This is a security feature.
Q: Can I view my order history and order status?
A: Yes, once you enter your code on the redemption page, you will be able to view your order history and order status.
There are 3 possible order statuses:
- New: your order has just been placed and it will be processed shortly
- Awaiting Dispatch: your order has been processed and is awaiting to be dispatched
- Dispatched: your order has been dispatched and it is on its way to you
Q: Does my code expire?
A: Yes, each code has 12 months validity from date of issue.You can check the expiry date of your code by entering it on the redemption page.
Q: Do I have to spend the full value of the reward code in one go?
A: No, you do not need to spend the full value; you can spend a portion of it now and redeem the rest another time.
Q: Can I spend my reward code on more than one retailer?
A: Yes, you can pick and mix from the different brands of gift vouchers we have selected for you.
Q: If I change my mind can I cancel the order?
A: No, once you have placed your order you cannot change your mind. Therefore, please kindly ensure that you double check all relevant details before placing your order.
