1. How do I redeem the code that I have been given to get my vouchers?

The email or letter that you received will contain your code and will usually have all necessary information needed to redeem. Either go the the intranet at work to redeem or to esynergy@ovationincentives.co.uk  on the internet.

2. I seem to be having problems redeeming my code at the given link.

If you are experiencing difficulties redeeming your code at the link given please contact us on esynergy@ovationincentives.co.uk and explain the problem.

3. It has been over a week and I still have not got my vouchers?

We tend to fulfil the orders within 5-10 working days. If you have not received your vouchers within that time please contact us on esynergy@ovationincentives.co.uk

4. I was trying to redeem my reward code, and after few attempts I got logged off and it will not let me try again.

First please make sure that the code you are entering is correct. It does not matter if you use capital letters or not. The best way to copy your code into the redemption box is by using ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste. After 3 attempts the system will not let you try any more unless you close all your browsers and open the window again - it is a security feature.

5. I have more than one reward code - can I add them together?

If you are in the UK you can do this by simply entering one code after another where directed in the redemption platform. However if you are rewarded in Euro then you must redeem each code in full individually each time - you cannot add them together at this time.
