How do I redeem the code which I was awarded with in order to receive my gift vouchers?
In the email or letter that your code came with you will usually find all necessary information how to redeem your code. This involves following a link given to a specific web site, inputting all your personal details with name, email address and the address to which you wish the vouchers to be delivered to.
Simply copy and paste your code from the email you have received. The best way to copy your code into the redemption box is by using ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste. The code is always 10 digits long.

Can I add my reward codes together?
Yes, to add two or more codes together, you need to enter your code in order to go to the shopping page, then all you need to do is paste(enter) your second code into the ‘Add voucher' field and click on GO button. This will combine the values of the codes which in turn will provide you with more spending power.

It has been over a week and I still have not got my vouchers?

5.I was trying to redeem my code and after few attempts I got logged off and it will not let me
try again.
First please make sure that the code you are entering is correct. It does not matter if you use capital letters or not. The best way to copy your code into the redemption box is by using ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste. After 3 attempts the system will not let you try any more, if you have entered your code incorrectly unless you close all your browsers and open the window again. This is a security feature.
