How do I redeem 10-digit code that I have been given to get my vouchers?
In the email or letter that your code came with you will usually find all necessary information how to redeem your code. This involves following a link given to a specific web site, inputting all your personal details with name, email address and the address to which you wish the vouchers to be delivered to.

I have received an email saying that I won some vouchers but I have never got them?
Please follow the instructions on how to redeem your code. The fact that you have received an email stating that you won does not mean that the vouchers are on the way.

I seem to be having some problems with redeeming my code at the given link.
If you are experiencing difficulties redeeming your code at the link given with your code simply go to Ovation Incentives web site (www.ovationincentives.co.uk) and redeem it there.

It has been over a week and I still have not got my vouchers?

I was trying to redeem my code and after few attempts I got logged off and it will not let me
try again.
First please make sure that the code you are entering is correct. It does not matter if you use capital letter or not. The best way to copy your code into the redemption box is by using ctrl+c co copy and ctrl+v to paste. After 3 attempts the system will not let you try any more unless you close all your browsers and open the window again- it is a security feature.
