The Universal Voucher System


The Universal Voucher (UV) is a special 10-digit code that stores specific values such as client and promotion codes, value, validity dates etc.

Each UV code is unique and acts just like money in so far as it can be passed from one person to the next and exchanged for goods - in this case exchanged for gift vouchers. 

As an incentive tool, the UV gives the people you are incentivising a better choice, a more flexible redemption process and the added benefit of Ovations customer service and support.

It makes life easier for you.


1.How are the Universal Vouchers delivered? We can deliver Universal Voucher codes directly to you or the end-recipients in a number of ways. Whether electronic or physical formats are chosen, we can help you design special vouchers to maximise your branding opportunity and the response you want.
Typically, the UV is delivered as a text file that can then be dispatched to your recipients electronically with the minimum cost and administration.
Once that is done, you can leave the rest of the fulfilment and management to us. Our specialist consultants will be able to provide good advice for free in response to any questions you may have.



2.How do I distribute Universal Vouchers?
Of course this is really up to you...  We can provide you with as many voucher codes as you need in a text file that you can then attach to a mail merge document, or list server so that they can be distributed automatically.
If you wanted to hand the vouchers to your staff, with your own message and branded imagery to reflect the gift, we can sort that out for you too.



3.How do my recipients redeem their universal vouchers?  This is the best part!
Armed with their own specific voucher code or "algorithm", your recipients log onto your own web-site, or ours if necessary, and click on a tailored "redeem your voucher" image. A box appears (without leaving the backdrop of your homepage) that guides them through entering their code and choosing their voucher, whether it is physical and to be posted to them, or electronic for an on-line retailer and to be e-mailed to them. Simple!
